This product is not sold in our area so we have to order on line, it is a must in our house and the only thing that we use for frying. Got the rest of the family hooked on it as well. This is a great product for about anything that you are wanting to deep fry, we use it for chicken strips, fried green tomatoes, homemade jalapeno poppers, homemade mozzarella sticks, fish, mushrooms, you name it its great on it. One of the great things about this product is you can make it as thick or as thin as you like just depending on how much coating you want on what you're cooking. Another great thing is you can add seasoning to it as well, it is great by its self (awesome flavor) but adding a little Cajun spice or some chipotle gives it a great kick!
