Disclaimer: I enjoy 'Ritz like' crackers with fresh slices of sharp cheddar cheese.Lets face it, snack foods fall into two distinct groups: healthy and not so much. Within both groups foods can be further broken into items that spoil quickly and those that have extended shelf life.Yes they mostly taste like Ritz crackers and the filling kinda-sorta tastes like cheese. While not exactly healthy or unhealthy each package is a quick and easy 200 calories when needed.They're a nice snack to have around, but I had to knock a point off for freshness. The "best by" date is still 3.5 months away, but the crackers are fairly stale. The classic cheese flavor that we're all use to brings it together though.
