I was excited to have these small boxes for mailing out my small leathercraft projects. They are just the right size for my smaller pieces. I took one to the post office to find that there is a minimum size of 5" because the smaller size gets "stuck" in the machine and may get lost (or ignored). I had to buy a bubble bag to make it be acceptable. Go figure!
