My 11 year old has a king size bed. Our SPCA adopted cat peed on her bed. We zipped her bed in this and put regular bedding on top and presto. Saved the mattress. Holds up to an 11 year old and two big dogs. Smell is gone and saved me from having to buy another mattress. Luckily cat hasn’t peed on it or anywhere but cat box since and its been over a month.Let’s face it, do you want a stranger seeing your mattress when you move. Very durable, non see through, and the handles just make it so much easier to move.I wanted something a little heavier than a thin sheet of plastic but it didn't have to be as thick as a tarp since I am storing mattresses in my garage. The strap and handles were helpful! We'll see how long they last with multiple moves but so far so good!I purchased this cover to store a guest mattress in my attic while I renovate the spare room.
