My 10 year old DVD player died, so I opened it up and salvaged the 12 Volt switching power supply circuit board inside. I was looking for a small plastic project box and found this one on Amazon. The box comes with 2 covers for the slanted portion, I used the solid cover and cut it out to install a small DC volt meter. I installed the meter and other components close to the left side of the top half, and the circuit board to the right side of the base. Nice little project in a nice little plastic box.
